On behalf of a corporate client, Botekt recently installed a new roof covering on a high-rise building on Derde Oosterparkstraat in Amsterdam. The existing roof needed replacing and no longer met the requirements for protection and durability.

Applying roof covering with a truck crane:
Due to the building's height, a truck crane was used to transport the materials safely and efficiently to the roof. A high-quality, waterproof, and weatherproof roof covering was then installed, providing the building with long-term protection from external influences.
Result
The roof is now in top condition again, with a new, durable roof covering that will contribute to the building's longevity. Thanks to a tight schedule and the use of specialized equipment, the work was completed quickly and professionally, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
