What a maintenance round entails
The basis is an annual inspection and maintenance round, with a clear report afterwards. This gives you insight into the condition of the roof and areas requiring attention, without waiting until a leak occurs.
- Inspecting the roof: We inspect the entire roof, including seams, edges, and connections.
- To establish: We photograph details and defects.
- Dispose of waste-free: We clear the rainwater drains of debris.
- Remove loose dirt: We remove leaves and sand that can cause blockages. This involves sweep-clean maintenance, not intensive cleaning.
- Report: You will receive an overview of what has been carried out, found, and recommended.
