Very responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is the roof repairman who does honest professional evaluation and not tries to rip off like some other companies do. My experience: Came in quickly to check the roof, cool professional evaluation of the situation. I had another company just a few days before, giving me completely bogus evaluation stating my roof needs complete exchange, with an extremely expensive offer to fix (materials alone were 2-3 times the market price). I am so lucky to have asked Botekt company for extra check, because it turned out completely unnecessary, and the bill was 10 times less (not an exaggeration). Job done well. Communication is excellent, punctuality is excellent.

Super fast, good communication, professional and not expensive!

Six weeks ago, we had a leak on the top floor of our house. After three roofers visited, who briefly investigated the cause (one actually looked at the roof, the other two did it from upstairs windows), they all concluded that the roof panels were cracked and that part of the roof needed replacing. The cost was well over €10,000. Fortunately, we were given Kevin's address to request a fourth inspection and quote. Kevin checked twice for a possible cause and immediately indicated that the problem wasn't with the roof panels, but with the rainwater drainage system (downspout under the roof panels, sewer). Within a week (after the already regularly scheduled work), he solved the problem! Fantastic! No more leaks within a week. So there are still good roofers who don't just see their work as a way to make a quick buck. Kevin, thanks so much, and I definitely recommend you as a company for roof problems.
