Work performed: New construction roof structure with sustainable materials and custom roofing
Project description
In Almere, we completed a completely new roofing project for a private client. From the shell to the finishing touches, we worked on a future-proof and aesthetically pleasing roof, with sustainability and craftsmanship at the forefront. Thanks to smart material choices and close collaboration with suppliers, this project is a prime example of how efficiency and quality come together.
Work performed
Complete roof construction
The project began with the construction of the entire wooden roof structure. Sustainable wood and insulation materials were used to contribute to an energy-efficient and comfortable indoor climate.
Custom roof rolls
To minimize material loss, specially produced 8-meter-long roofing rolls were chosen instead of the standard 5-meter length. This resulted in less cutting waste and an efficient construction process.
Durable and aesthetic finish
After insulation and roofing were installed, the structure was finished with wooden cladding. This not only gives the house a warm and modern look but also contributes to its natural integration into the surroundings.
Why this project was special
- Sustainable and circular: use of recycled and energy-efficient materials.
- Innovative customization: longer roof rolls for efficient use of materials.
- Architecturally strong: the wooden finish gives the house character and a modern look.
With this project in Almere We demonstrate that new construction and sustainability are a perfect match. Through smart choices and careful execution, we achieve not only functional roofs but also aesthetically pleasing results.
