Work performed: Roof renovation with sustainable materials and custom roofing
Project description
We completed a unique roofing project for our client on Carusostraat in Almere. This renovation focused on sustainability, efficient use of materials, and aesthetics. By working intelligently with customized solutions, this project is a prime example of innovation and craftsmanship.
Work performed
Use of recycled insulation
The roof is fitted with fully recycled insulation. This allows us to actively contribute to a circular construction sector and ensure an optimal indoor climate.
Custom-made special roofing
Roofing rolls are normally supplied in 5-meter lengths. For this project, 8-meter rolls were specially produced in consultation with the supplier and manufacturer. The result: significantly less cutting waste and much more efficient use of materials.
Finish with red mineral
Just like the original roof, red mineral roofing was chosen. This not only guarantees durable protection against the elements but also preserves the house's familiar appearance.
Why this project was special
- Circular and sustainable: through the use of recycled insulation and efficient use of materials.
- Customised roofing: cooperation with supplier/manufacturer for rolls of 8 meters.
- Maintain aesthetics: thanks to the red mineral finish, the familiar look is retained.
With this project in the Carusostraat in Almere We show that smart choices and collaboration lead to sustainable and beautiful results.
